This section has solo classes for players at grades 1 to 8, plus duet and recital classes categorised by age of player.

There is also a class especially for beginners.

In addition there are duet, trio /quartet and recital classes open to all. There is an open Guitar orchestra class for five or more guitars and a Family Duet/Ensemble class. Ensemble classes for guitar with other instruments or voice also now feature in the section.

All the pieces are own choice appropriate to Grade.

As part of the 2010 Festival on Saturday 22nd May 2010 the vituoso guitarist and composer Gary Ryan will be running a guitar workshop at St. Matthews Church Hall, Redhill.
